Rustic Seasonings ships orders throughout the United States. All products are carefully packaged to ensure quality and freshness during transit.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or promotions.
Flat-Rate & Free Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping of $7.99 per order for all domestic U.S. shipments.
Orders totaling $150 or more (before tax) ship free.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using reliable third-party carriers. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Local Delivery
In addition to shipping, Rustic Seasonings may offer local delivery to select restaurant and business customers by arrangement. Availability and terms for local delivery are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Rustic Seasonings ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Rustic Seasonings is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can assist in resolving the issue.
